  • Hallo Herr JM, folgendes Statement habe ich über ZINSPILOT erhalten. Hilft zwar auch nicht viel weiter, aber ist immerhin eine Reaktion auf massives nachfragen, aber leider sehr allgemein und nicht überprüfbar. Schade! daraus kann man ableiten: BGFI Bank - nie wieder! und Zinspilot ggf. auch nicht mehr... bei Weltsparen sind Neuanlagen bei der BGFI Bank für Geschäftskunden weiterhin möglich und waren von der Kündigungswelle bisher nicht betroffen, obwohl Geschäftskunden (90-250TEUR) dort deutlich mehr Geld anlagen als Privatkunden (10-100TEUR) dürfen.

      Dear investor in BGFIBank Europe’s deposits, Dear ZINSPILOT customer,
      BGFIBank Europe and its entire management team would like to apologize for the early
      termination of your deposit with us and any inconvenience that this may have caused you.
      The reason for this termination is purely of formal and administrative nature and was requested
      by the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR), in its capacity as
      supervisor of BGFIBank Europe. It is important to highlight that:
      • The early termination of the deposits has been demanded, and the repayment deadline
      and volume of such deposits have been determined, by the ACPR;
      • The decision is based on the understanding by the ACPR that the collection of the
      proceeds of investments made by Retail depositors by BGFIBank Europe requires an
      amendment to the bank’s operation program;
      • The decision of the ACPR does not question the bank’s solvency, liquidity, ability to
      comply with any regulatory ratios and its ability to conduct its banking operations;
      • Unfortunately, the ACPR decision supersedes existing contracts and endeavors relating to
      outstanding deposits and constitutes a compelling reason that requires BGFIBank Europe
      to early pay out the concerned deposits. Regretfully, BGFIBank Europe had to comply with
      this supervisory decision.
      Jointly with ZINSPILOT, BGFIBank Europe is taking all steps and making all efforts to orderly
      implement the decision in the best interest of the affected depositors, which is reflected in the
      special compensation already paid.
      BGFIBank Europe is working closely with the ACPR to again offer its attractive deposit products
      to ZINSPILOT customers in Germany.
